FAQ to ask when shopping around for your Bounce House
|1.||Do you have insurance? We are fully insured. This makes us one of the only moonwalk companies allowed to setup on county property (ie. Parks, schools, etc.)|
|2.||How much is the rental fee? The current prices, including delivery, are listed with each piece of equipment. We also have “weekday discounts”.|
|3.||How long do I get to keep the equipment? We need to setup 1 hour prior to your event time. When you are finished, we will come back for pick up (no 4 hour limits!). Our latest pickup is 30 minutes before dark, we do not pick up after dark. (Overnights stays are available for an extra fee.)|
|4.||What happens if it rains? If it rains, you can cancel the reservation UP TO 2 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY. We do not have a cancellation fee if canceled in this time frame.|
|5.||Do you have a business license? We do have a business license. This is important because many companies rent equipment without applying for a business license or paying the necessary taxes.|
|6.||How long have you been in business? Jumpy Fun L.L.C. has been in business since 2002 and has had the same name, phone number, website, and owners!|
|7.||Is the deposit refundable? The $25 deposit can be charged to your credit card or you can mail a check. It is refundable up until 2 hours before delivery time.|
|8.||What is the risk to a sprinkler system? If you have a sprinkler system, please notify the delivery person at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any damage, but we do use care to avoid hitting the pipes!|
|9.||What is the refund policy? You can cancel the reservation UP TO 2 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY for ANY reason without penalty. We do not have a cancellation fee if canceled in this time frame.

Payments must be made at the time of setup.
If equipment issues arise during an event, a staff member will try to assist you over the phone. If you are not satisfied, Jumpy Fun will offer to come to the event site to correct the concern.
No refunds are given after the event
